This locally-made, hand-blended herbal formula:

Ingredients: Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Wood Betony (Stachys betonica) & Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), herbs extracted into alcohol.
Dose: Take 3-4 ml as needed or as directed by your health care practitioner
