Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) & California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica), herbs extracted into alcohol.
Dose: Take 3-5 ml before bed. Dose can be repeated. Or take as directed by your health care practitioner
